Lunch: hawaiian pizzaSchdeule: start from lower carpark.. run ..run. end at lower carpark (22.38)
slope run from lower carpark until reach the main road then run back . two times.
Reflections:
the run: bad run.. bad run... i need to push harder!!! i must improve! there isn't much time left till competitions! i must jia you!! today's run felt very long, i thought i ran the wrong route, or i missed a turning. the ground was also very muddy and rocky, i felt that i may sprain my ankles anytime during the run. the slope connecting to highway was so steep!! i tried taking smaller steps and leaned my body forward but i still felt slow.
The slopes: it was fun!!! and challenging! thanks grace!! :) for pushing me at the end, you really made me sprint really really fast.
