25 mins staircase run. longer route

conditionings
- launches with ball on knee then kick out 20 x each leg
- lift ball up with feet when partner roll to me. 20 x 3

- bridge x 20s x 3
- superman 20s x 3

reflections: i cannot do staircase running. perhaps its because of my running style. i tend not to lift my legs up when i run, thus finding it difficult to go up steps. staircase running was quite fun but it gets too boring after a while. the conditionings were fun too! we did them together as a team again. :)
