schedule: 2 rounds of 3 k route. 70 percent number of up slopes: 3 in forest, 2 in highway

Reflections: it was a fun run! we ran together as a group and 'enjoyed the scenery'. the pace was faster during the second round and we manage to avoid all the mudding spots!!. yay!I manage to be more familiarise with the route eg. where are the places with mud.

reflections:it's a terrible run. i had stitches all the way, i felt no motivation. i was very disappointed in the run today, i always had this fear for runs longer than 5 km. i think they're very tiring and i cannot last the whole journey. hope that i can overcome this fear.

reflections: i felt that i could do better. maybe because i was not familiar with the route i don't know when to run fast. hope that i can do better during the biathlon race. thank you hui xin for encouraging me at the last part!

reflections: today's run was to familiarise with the route and we ran together. the timings turned out to be not bad despite feeling that it was quite slow. i think we manage to run constant pace thus not feeling very tired. while running, i strategise how i would run for the competition and focused on my running techniques. im still not running tall enough

25 mins staircase run. longer route

conditionings
- launches with ball on knee then kick out 20 x each leg
- lift ball up with feet when partner roll to me. 20 x 3

- bridge x 20s x 3
- superman 20s x 3

reflections: i cannot do staircase running. perhaps its because of my running style. i tend not to lift my legs up when i run, thus finding it difficult to go up steps. staircase running was quite fun but it gets too boring after a while. the conditionings were fun too! we did them together as a team again. :)

schedule: 4.3 run. from lower carpark to lower carpark ( 19.30)
Target for next run : 18:59

Reflection: because the run started just after the run, the forest was extremely wet and muddy. at first i was very concious about whether it will dirty my legs, but it became too troublesome so i didn't care much about it later on. i could not catch up with Elsia , i must run faster! the run upslope was good today, i took small steps and i didn't walk. i was slowing down at the highway and so jeddidar overtook me , she made me push more and i overtook back. i maintained my speed all the way. good job!

Reflection:it was very tiring! once again, i tried to swing my arms propoerly but it just dosen't want to listen to my mind. dun blame me! it was challenging, i didn't meet the min. requirement of running 8 rounds :( boo hoo. at the last part, jasmine cheered me on! thanks!!

Reflection: fun training. but tough. the route was new, so its interesting :). hope we could run more there. was not very sastisfied for the runs today, i must must must really get out of my comfort zone. hope that mr chan will get well soon!

Schdeule: start from lower carpark.. run ..run. end at lower carpark (22.38)
slope run from lower carpark until reach the main road then run back . two times.

Reflections:
the run: bad run.. bad run... i need to push harder!!! i must improve! there isn't much time left till competitions! i must jia you!! today's run felt very long, i thought i ran the wrong route, or i missed a turning. the ground was also very muddy and rocky, i felt that i may sprain my ankles anytime during the run. the slope connecting to highway was so steep!! i tried taking smaller steps and leaned my body forward but i still felt slow.
The slopes: it was fun!!! and challenging! thanks grace!! :) for pushing me at the end, you really made me sprint really really fast.
