reflections: Today's run was. Horrible. especially the fartlek.it was really terrible!! maybe because the ground was uneven i couldn't feel myself pushing. i felt as if i jogged the entire fartlek instead of running. The run back was bad too, i had no confidence in myself and started to slow down. I'm disappointed in myself, its the worst run ever. the exercises were fun! cause we did them together. Being united really makes you feel motivated. i love the team :)
