reflections: i like today's training :) i tried to correct my running style but i still find it very hard to manage. the first run was good , the second was bad because my timing was poor. I'm suppose to keep my pace constant. we ran the last run as a whole , i used to like running in front of the pack at the start , however i don't have confidence to do that now. :(
