reflections: i was the first runner thus have pace. i tried following jeddidar but she was too fast :( i maintain the pace throughout and headed towards the horrendous slope. DEBBIE OVERTOOK ME THERE!!!!! ARGH!!!!! i tried to overtake her back at the highway and i sped up. then this ACJC girl is overtaking me and i went even faster. i was thisss close in overtaking debbie and the ACJC girl when i was sprinting the last part. then countdown to the fall!!! i took a sharp turn towards the end and fell. and roll over. i stood up and continue running and pass the torch to may! lucky i fell like 10 metres before the end . not half way through the race. i bleed quite alot but my injury wasn't as bad as grace's .

Schedule : Run to Garden. Run 2 rounds around the Garden, and run back to school by the long way.

reflections: i shan't drink milkfor breakfast ever again. whenever i consume cold milk in the morning it will a;ways affect my run later. today i felt like puking and i felt stitch. i was on the verge of stopping but my mind pushed me on. today's run was again terrible. i could not push as i've got all thepain and uncomfortable-ness. but the last part i sprinted with grace. i lost to grace at thelast part again. i must win her the next time; mua ha ha. then i really puked! it was some mashes brown subatance( i ate hashbrown for lunch)14th Feb Wed

Reflections : its supppppeeeerrrrrrr warm today!!! i cannot stand the heat!today's run was bad bad bad. i don't know what has got into me. i don't know why i sat down and rest when i knew its bad. i nearly vomitted but i held it back and manage to complete the run ! yay!

race start- 300pmbreakfast:breadschedule: 3.3 run relay. 3rd runner(13:24)before race: orange power gel.reflections: It was a bad run for me. i counld't feel myself running fast. i felt as if i was just striding. i tried to push but i couldn't go any faster.the weather was SUPERRR hot! my throat was very dry when running. the powel gel was great!! i love orange flavour! it is the only flavour that dosen't make my feel that it is stuck in my throat. the starting of the run i started fast then pace in the middle and i have no energy to sprint at the last part. i felt lots of water in my stomach, i think i should drink too much water before the race. felt disappointed in my timing weakness: drink too much watercannot adapt to afternoon weather; races are usually in morningsstrength: none

3.3 run ( from stadium run to overhead bridge then run back)

Reflections: i sprinted at the beginning for the 500 timwe trial, i don't know whether is it a good thing or bad thing. i felt no energy for the last 100m. i tried to swing my arms to run faster and it works! elsia was so close behind, it was really a challenging race, i've pushed my maximum. the 3.3 run was quite tiring, i think i can still feel the latic acid from the time trial thus unable to run fast.5th febuaryvenue: schooltime: 300 - 530schedule: 3k run
biometrics - standing broad jumps 10 x 3
- jump over the benches beside tennis court x 5 - skip one leg zig zag for 20m x 3reflections:it was a very fun training today. may is a very good jumper! im so jealous. the biometrics was very tiring. it made my muscles ached for 2 days!

reflections: im very sad!!!! very very sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry huixin! i feel really really guilty ! i didn't feel much push today. i couldn't gage how fast i ran as there wasn't anyone in front of me to set as an aim. i tried to find elsia but she was too far ahead. i wish that i had ran faster . the trophy was so nice :( so sad i couldn't get one but as least i've touched it. hahathis race was a good experience for me and huixin. 044 never dies! wo men he zuo yu zhai chuang zao qi ji! ahahhaha. weakness: needs someone to follow. don't know how to pace my self

reflections: the run was very fun! but was a bit too boring, there's no slope on flat grounds and curves. i manage to familiarise with the route and make sure i strategize my run.

reflections: arrival of new sec ones! training was a bit weird today. i really pushed hard but i cannot hit the pace. my timing was 5- 10 seconds off pace. cool down was fun. we cheer together as a team and it didn't feel tiring. how amazing! ahaha. we were more bonded again!

reflections: it was quite a good run but i believe i can do better. :) i started fast and maintained my pace throughout. i overtook elsia in the middle of the highway while racing with a MGS girl. but elsia overtook me back. i tried to outrun the MGS and elsia but i couldn't. i think i have to train more for my speed. at the last part, i really pushed my hardest. i really wanted to overtake the girl in front of me. i felt really disappointed at the end. i ran till i knocked until the chairs lined up ( see? how much effort i put in) haha. during the run, i can feel the gel at my throat. it was so gooey that i cannot breathe properly sometimes. i wanted to spit it out but i think its too uncivilised. hahaa.btu i realise i should have learnt from elsia and zahrah. they spit it out and wipe it onto their shirts so they wouldn't feel uncomfortable.
Weakness: tend to feel disappointed when i cannot overtake the person i want to overtake

schedule: 2 rounds of 3 k route. 70 percent number of up slopes: 3 in forest, 2 in highway
Reflections: it was a fun run! we ran together as a group and 'enjoyed the scenery'. the pace was faster during the second round and we manage to avoid all the mudding spots!!. yay!I manage to be more familiarise with the route eg. where are the places with mud.

reflections:it's a terrible run. i had stitches all the way, i felt no motivation. i was very disappointed in the run today, i always had this fear for runs longer than 5 km. i think they're very tiring and i cannot last the whole journey. hope that i can overcome this fear.

ending run x 2reflections: today's run was to familiarise with the route and we ran together. the timings turned out to be not bad despite feeling that it was quite slow. i think we manage to run constant pace thus not feeling very tired. while running, i strategise how i would run for the competition and focused on my running techniques. im still not running tall enough
